Update notebook with new layer descriptions, and an example of plotting the Camp Fire using the archive API.

Tutorial / Dataset

This is a tutorial for using an OGC API, but we were strongly motivated to use this tutorial to also document our dataset.

@ranchodeluxe this is the PR where I update the documentation to match the new layer names. I updated everything but the nfplist layer, which seems too low-level for people to be using. Not sure if just leaving it out of the documentation is the way to go, however.
