Add notebook demonstating how to use `stac-asset`

Description

How to download an asset from the VEDA Data Store, with a note on the benefits of data-proximate computing and direct cloud access.

Quickstart: Accessing the Data Directly

The following checklist ensures that our notebooks are internally consistent (read more)
