Minor revisions around Data Ingestion documentation, focusing primarily on file preparation

Description

This notebook revises some of the documentation around Dataset Ingestion that was observed when acting as a test user uploading the June GEOGLAM dataset to the VEDA Dashboard.

What has been done in this PR:

• fixed typo in Catalog Ingestion
• added rio_cogeo to requirements.txt
• added clarifying text to Dataset Ingestion -> File Preparation documentation (namely the docs around Create sane Cloud-Optimized GeoTIFFs (COGs)) for added clarity of instruction.
• added Cognito Client credential information (how to get it) in Dataset Ingestion landing page.
