VEDA team member contact information for dataset ingestion?

Whenever the veda docs mentions “asking a VEDA team member” to do something (e.g., create credentials for VEDA authorization) is there only a single point of contact (i.e., veda@uah.edu)? Or are there separate contacts for separate teams that will field these messages or provide credentials?

Similarly, when the docs describe credentials (username and password) in multiple places do these refer only to the Cognito Client credentials?

I think sometimes it means email the general email address and other times it might be open an issue on a repo. My sense is that whenever possible we should be trying to get people into issue trackers rather than relying on email for actions that are likely to occur fairly often.

Ok, this is helpful @jsignell. Would a good interpretation be that when one needs to receive credentials - they email the general contact point, and if they need something dataset specific reviewed - they open an issue? For me, I think I'd just need a better handle on when an issue should go to veda-data, veda-config, etc.
