Motivation

Workshops are a great use case for JupyterHub, and we want to support more users through more workshops as they may happen.

Proposal

Support workshops with:

Custom images they may need
Guidance around architecture as needed (such as avoiding reading from NFS, etc)
Surface bug reports upstream, provide workarounds, etc

Success Criteria

[ ] Workshops and demos run smoothly and have custom requirements met
[ ] User reports are triaged, followed up upstream, etc.
