Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to https://staging.earth.gov/ghgcenter/exploration?datasets=%5B%5D&taxonomy=%7B%7D
  2. Check if the options are overflowing image

My understanding has been that this screen is not something we need to be usable on mobile. Our preferred approach here would probably be to alert users that this is better viewed through desktop, covered in #866
