Problems encountered with Recharts #382

Brush

Chart overview rendered inside brush widgets are incorrect because they are rendered with fixed intervals on the main axis, not the actual data intervals.
- a consequence of that is that specifying a different domain than the data domain will not work even if faking a start and end value
- Solution: Custom Brush https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/veda-ui/pull/374

Axis

Impossible to display labels on the x-axis when outside the data domain
- current workaround is to generate null values at fake intervals. Not great.
If axis position is set to left and rotated, it is not possible to set a textAnchor. Only possible override is with CSS which his is not documented

Chart Sync

syncMethod was not documented
Rechart's brush does not sync across charts.
