Convert air quality discovery

We landed on the conclusion to use the existing air quality discovery: https://earthdata.nasa.gov/covid19/discoveries/air-quality/aq-and-covid for Delta discovery. Original discovery has a map component per each chapter, we might want to translate some of them into other components so we can show Delta's capabilities. I am putting some suggestions as examples, but we should totally discuss and see what is the best option. We can make a doc and start moving paragraphs + text meanwhile?

@hanbyul-here thanks for getting a start on this!

I created a Miro board to show how I could see this story being represented in the new dashboard. However, you all are better versed in the components available, so feel free to make tweaks. I tried to show lots of different frames in the scrollytelling component while still leaving room to highlight other components we have been discussing. Let me know what you all think.

@aboydnw @ricardoduplos, I reviewed the Air quality discovery in the new dashboard https://earthdata.nasa.gov/dashboard/covid-19/discoveries/air-quality-and-covid-19, and I see that all is working good, and the maps and text are like the screenshots in the Miro board.

What I saw is that there are some map styles that are different from the Covid dashboard https://earthdata.nasa.gov/covid19/discoveries/air-quality/aq-and-covid. This difference could be only due to the intensity in the colors but would be good if you can take a look to them.

The maps that looks different are:

• CITIES EXPERIENCING CLEARER AIR DURING LOCKDOWNS (BEIJING)

• SEASONAL CHANGES IN NO2

• SEEING AIR POLLUTION FROM SPACE

• REINFORCING MEASUREMENTS: NIGHT LIGHTS

@karitotp @aboydnw @ricardoduplos That's for this great summary! Some notes on the map colors:

• CITIES EXPERIENCING CLEARER AIR DURING LOCKDOWNS (BEIJING) In this case we're looking at 2 different datasets. The covid dashboard shows No2, and Delta shows No2-diff. I think it is intentional, but not sure.

• SEASONAL CHANGES IN NO2 & SEEING AIR POLLUTION FROM SPACE The color scheme used in the covid dashboard is a custom one that is not available in Delta.

• REINFORCING MEASUREMENTS: NIGHT LIGHTS The covid dashboard shows the "Nightlights VIIRS" dataset, while the covid dashboard shown the "Nightlights HD". Since the VIIRS is not available in Delta we're using the HD dataset which despite not being a global dataset has the data for the city we're visualizing.
