Make Mapbox style public #855

Several people reported that they encountered an error that they had no access right to our Mapbox style when they ran the VEDA instance with their own Mapbox keys.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Investigate which styles are used in VEDA and if there is anything we have to be concerned about making style public, if not, we can make them public.

@hanbyul-here are the "several people" here developers on the broader VEDA team? if so, I assume we found a workaround for the time being?

On VEDA OSPD, the need for easier access to the VEDA styles just came up again:

[my app] token won’t work because it doesn’t have access to the veda-specific mapbox style.
