Review default basemap state on E&A page #937

Issue

The default basemap on E&A page is Satellite which we need to assess based on the providers' needs.

I think we could review the datasets we currently have (e.g. in GHGC but could also be EarthData) and make recommendations to data providers that we change it. If we find that satellite does not work well for almost any of them, we could consider changing the default

We also could assess the default zoom level and map coordinates so we don't get multiple horizontal map views.
