Update coiled from 1.16 to latest version #35

Could the coiled python package be updated from 1.16 to the latest 1.45.0? coiled is a package for Dask cluster management.

Totally, I'm about to update the base image and this one is in there... I think we'll have a new updated environment in the upcoming days!
