Add glossary to Cookbook #205

During the 2023 NASA Openscapes Champions cohort call on May 17, Chris Hepplewhite suggested having a glossary of relevant cloud terms and concepts. This seems like a great addition to the Cookbook.

As a start, GES DISC has a collection of Earthdata Cloud-relevant glossary terms found here.

Idea: Perhaps let's create a Glossary section (people may be more keen to search for that term rather than Cheatsheet), and then link the Terminology cheatsheet there

Plan: Retitle the section "Glossary and Cheatsheets" and link to Glossary resources
