Tutorials rework #211

Motivation: spruce up our tutorials so we have a quick subset of complete workflows highlighting some advantages of the cloud. Created new page for select tutorials (will update and reformat individual tutorials to match with each other later, but want this first draft out there) Added external notebooks from across DAACs Moved existing tutorials page to a designated workshop page Fixed links inside .yml file.
