Following our AGUs Dry Runs today, we can add prep to the Cookbook. Can grab a lot of convos from AGU planning discussion and make a bit generalized

Brainstorming some section header ideas here first and then we can add a page:

Adding this to the brainstorm - from @BriannaLind

 Hi,

I wanted to reach out to the support desk to let you know that Openscapes will have two concurrent workshops running on Sunday, December 10th 2023. Both will be in Python and have about ~50 attendees but they run for different amounts of time and have different resource requirements.

Space Station Synergies (full day, 8:00 am-3:00 pm PST)
expected usage: 14.8 GB per person

Earthdata Cloud (half day, 1:00 - 4:30 pm PST)
expected usage: 7.4 GB per person

I am also wondering if we are able to have files in the shared folder be read only on the hub.

Thanks so much for your help,
Bri

I was thinking how the Flywheel could be a great framing for this new Cookbook page as a high-level summary and to frame @BriannaLind's README and other notes above in this issue. Also following a conversation from https://github.com/NASA-Openscapes/workshop-planning/issues/35 with @kyttmacmanus @itcarroll of how to design their upcoming workshops

here's the google slide we can iterate, with screenshot below. Excited to see what other Mentors and @erinmr thinks
