Add Logins for MATLAB Account, Earthdata and Github to prereqs #289

  1. Want to add that users need to have an Online MATLAB Account for the bring your own license to work
  2. Want to add that users need an Earthdata User account
  3. If they are accessing MATLAB through NASA Openscapes they will need to be added to one of our github teams and can fill out the form.
