Need to estimate event size, as of 2/20/24 have 180 participants registered.

@ebolch what is you estimate of instance size needs per person?

Erik says aiming for 16GB but could be more. Bri will reach out to 2i2c crew to prepare resource

I wanted to reach out to the support desk to let you know that Openscapes is planning to run a workshop next month that has a large number of attendees and rather large resource use.

Do you think there is anything specific that needs to be done in order to facilitate this? We'd also like to request that during the workshop, we can have files in the shared folder be read only on the hub.
