We have some test data for you. The following are 5 separate SIPs for 5 releases of an accumulating bundle.

Hi Jordan,

All four revised test SIPs have been successfully submitted, validated, and processed by the PDS4 front-end system.  This means that the parameters for all four SIPs have now been sent to the Ingest system for processing.

So that is great news so far!

Hi Jordan,

The four SIPs went through the NSSDCA Data Management software just fine. The ingest software then validated the SIP Product and the manifest and sorted out the manifest information to the point where the system is ready to download and ingest the individual products and make AIPs. There we paused the process, not because of any problem with the provided SIPs but because we are in the middle of testing an update to our archival storage software and don’t want to run two tests concurrently.

The bottom line is that everything looks good to this point and I don’t anticipate any problems when we ingest the data products. I expect we will be able to do the ingest either tomorrow (April 1) or Monday (April 4). The actual ingest will probably take around 10 minutes. I’ll send word once it is complete. Sorry for the delay.

Received email from NSSDCA to retrieve data via Web Dav. Considering that good for this test case. Submission was successful.
