Invalid filenames to match SIP / AIP LIDs #75

Describe the bug Current filenames are like:

insight_documents_v2.0_aip_v1.0_20200715.xml

The formation should match the SIP/AIP LID as close as possible, e.g.:

<"child name" parsed from LID>_v<VID>_<YYYYMMDD>_v<DEFAULT_VERSION>.xml

insight_documents_v2.0_20200715_aip_v1.0.xml
