Back in #35 we automated the reporting of Registry API's "Newman" test suite into Testrail. Works fine.
However, Testrail's API requires a user account and a token as credentials for access. Currently, the Registry job in PDS Jenkins is using the CAE Testrail user account Sean.C.Kelly@jpl.nasa.gov, making it appear that Sean C Kelly is one busy beaver indeed.
It should be using a "service" account, though, not tied to any one person.
