This must include the UI (see https://github.com/NASA-PDS/pds-doi-service).

Synchronize with @jimmie for the AWS deployment. The deployment configuration (docker-compose or equivalent, terraform ...) could be stored in the specific repository pds-doi-app or doi-app

The objective is to deliver 2 docker images to jimmie (ui & service), they will be stored on ECR and configured in fargate tasks.

De-scoped from current cloud work. Not required for current online services. Will look to move the prod version to AWS as part of website migration
