The top level input directory of the DOI service repo had become something of a junk drawer for storing sample input data for use with the unit tests. This branch re-organizes that data so they live closer to the applicable unit tests suites where they're used, as well as gives the files better names so their purpose as test data is clearer. Unused files have been removed, and files that are used by multiple tests have been consolidated across suites via symbolic link.
