Test DOIs are showing up in pds-gamma DOI search now linked from operations Citing PDS Data page #310

🐛 Describe the bug

From user:

Comment: A number of DOIs at https://pds-gamma.jpl.nasa.gov/tools/doi/#/search/MSL- point to invalid DOIs. Specifically, I believe all of the 10.13143/* DOIs are incorrect or outdated. Their presence is confusing. Also not sure why some records in the list appear to be duplicates.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://pds-gamma.jpl.nasa.gov/tools/doi/#/search/MSL
  2. Review the results

🕵️ Expected behavior

Since the pds-gamma deployment is now linked from Citing PDS Data webpage , the user expects to only see DOIs with 10.17189 prefix.

⚙️ Engineering Details

This will be resolved by https://github.com/NASA-PDS/pds-wds-react/issues/21

this has been cleaned up. pds.nasa.gov now only include ops DOIs
