DOI GUI "Create DOI" does not WARN if too many columns #383

🐛 Describe the bug

Submitted XLS having an extra column "Notes".

📜 To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create DOI
  2. Upload XLS
  4. See NO error

🕵️ Expected behavior

Expected WARNING (or INFO) that XLS contains extraneous column(s)
