Verify handling of node_id in UI for drafted records #109

💡 Description

Per https://github.com/NASA-PDS/pds-doi-service/issues/257, some drafted DOIs will have "UNK" for the node_id, that will be updated when the DOIs are released. We need to check that the UI:

Does UNK value for node_id break the dropdown?
Can a user change the associated node during the "release" step if the DOI was already drafted but with node_id = UNK?
