This is blocked because I cannot git pull from pds-dev3. A ticket has been created https://itsd-jira.jpl.nasa.gov/servicedesk/customer/portal/16/DSIO-1395

There can be a work around to that by cloning somewhere else and scp the respository.

I am trying to deplpoy on pds-dev2. Still need to have python3 working there, see ticket https://itsd-jira.jpl.nasa.gov/servicedesk/customer/portal/16/DSIO-1451
