Sometimes there is a null error message when there is no error #160

🐛 Describe the bug

📜 To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'reserve', create an excel with lidvid urn:nasa:pds:insight_cameras::55.0

  2. Publish the DOI from the label, upload the label https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NASA-PDS/doi-service/demo_20220722/tests/end_to_end/bundle_pds4.xml (update it as necessary from the github repo, on branch 'demo_20220722')

  3. See error in UI (as in screenshot)

🕵️ Expected behavior

No error message should show if response status are 200.

Status: @eddiesarevalo not just null error. found bigger bug when uploading label where it does not save. working on that now. planned for Tuesday.
