Prevent Showing Results Until After Search #68 #90

The DOI UI will no longer do a search on start up. The first search will happen after a search is done or if there is parameter text in the URL.

Pressing the "X" on the search bar will clear the search bar and the results.

Removed the uneven underline in cell text.
