🐛 Describe the bug

When using the bundle https://pds-gamma.jpl.nasa.gov/data/pds4/test-data/registry/doi/bundle_doi_test.xml

The API response can not be parsed, see screenshot:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'http://pds-gamma.jpl.nasa.gov/dois'
Click on 'create doi'
Click on data has been released ? YES
Upload label https://pds-gamma.jpl.nasa.gov/data/pds4/test-data/registry/doi/bundle_doi_test.xml

@eddiesarevalo I will upgrade the API on pds-dev3 so that you can debug there.
