Manula deployment was succesfully tested. @ramesh-maddegoda will now test the deployment with terraform

Completed setting up baseline MWAA on MCP using the terraform scripts. Made few improvements to the terraform scripts. Pull request https://github.com/NASA-PDS/nucleus/pull/69
