@beatricemueller this set has been posted for NSSDCA processing! From tomorrow, you can check the status at https://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/psi/ReportPDS4.jsp using the SIP LID below:

SIP LID:

@beatricemueller Just a note: I think this bundle is using a deprecated LID for the HST ACS instrument, but wanted to run it by you. This does not affect the NSSDCA ingesting and archiving this bundle.

Details

The bundle and collection products -- I didn't check basic products -- use this LID

urn:nasa:pds:context:instrument:hstacs.hst https://pds.nasa.gov/data/pds4/context-pds4/instrument/hst.hstacs_1.0_deprecated.xml

where the filename seems to imply it is deprecated. Should this context product/LID be used instead?

https://pds.nasa.gov/data/pds4/context-pds4/instrument/hst.hstacs_1.0.xml urn:nasa:pds:context:instrument:hst.hstacs

Per DPH Appendix J, the LID formation for a spacecraft instrument is: urn:nasa:pds:context:instrument:instrument host ID.instrument ID but perhaps some LIDs got waivers when EN was standardizing context LIDs 2-3 years ago?

Thanks!

Thanks, Stef,

I will have a look. It was ingested by Richard Chen and he did not flag it.

You're welcome. Some other instrument context products in EN's repository appear to be using old-style LIDs, too. Not sure what that means. Perhaps they were grandfathered.
