The fourth section on the ‘About the PDS’ page reads as follows:
In 2017, a PDS Roadmap Study Report was produced. The report summarizes an assessment of the state of PDS, highlights community-based findings, and serves as a roadmap for PDS as it evolves.
And it should read as:
In 2017, a PDS Roadmap Study Report was produced. The report summarizes an assessment of the state of PDS, highlights community-based findings, and serves as a roadmap for PDS as it evolves. The Report also includes the PDS Charter and outlines the PDS Level One, Two, and Three Requirements.
With the inclusion of the last sentence (The Report also includes the PDS Charter and outlines the PDS Level One, Two, and Three Requirements) the PDS Charter is attached and should be linked (similar to the roadmap study). The requirements also need a link, similar to the roadmap study, as well.
