Prep and Stage dLDDs for Integration and Test #365

@jordanpadams and @viviant100 - the discipline LDDs at https://github.com/pds-data-dictionaries/ have had pull requests created for IM v1.20.0.0 (1K00).

A note that the Wave LDD is included in this even though it is an in-development LDD. It is excluded when we stage the LDD releases but not for this step of prepping them. Would you like me to adjust the prep script to do this?

@c-suh all the dLDD repos have been updated. no harm done. I updated the ticket with the planned completion date of ~4/18. so we will add it to the sprint backlog for the first sprint in April. I updated the ldd template repo with some modifications to fix the issues we came across, so this should just work when you run again in April.

per the update for the Wave LDD, that sounds great!

Updated the script to exclude the Wave LDD (tested locally). Ran the script (not locally) but the builds are failing.
