For checklist items 2 and 3: WebHelp has only the common files; the rest of the files are being generated by Steve with the IngestLDD XML files I sent him from staging the dLDD files for release.

For checklist item 4: am awaiting three more files from hopefully Steve. Will ask at tomorrow's meeting if no word by then.
