Re-ingest some labels in new registry because of wrong `file_ref` #375

💡 Description

Some URL to labels links are wrong, see, https://pds.nasa.gov/api/search/1/products/urn:nasa:pds:gbo-irtf:nirimg-9p:g20050705_g20050705_0294_a_fit::1.0 link is /bx/sbnarch04/PDS4/gbo-irtf/nirimg-9p/data/g20050705/g20050705_0294_a.xml but should be a public url starting with http...

Some other (not found when I wrote the ticket) show URL to http://pds-prod1... whereas it should be https://pds.nasa.gov...

@tloubrieu-jpl Does pds.nasa.gov/api/search look only at EN's OpenSearch server or all nodes'? If all nodes, is there a way to tell where this product was ingested, i.e. at EN or at PSI? I don't ingest Product_Observational data often, though it could have been during testing, but I'm sure I never had a path like that (/bx/sbnarch04/...), assuming file_ref is the local path where the file sat.

OK, I corrected the https://pds.nasa.gov/data/pds4/context-pds4/... files.
