Update Report Service for new IMG hosts #443

💡 Description

[x] Create pdsrpt user on new machines hosting IMG data/websites (@jasonmlkang)
[x] Update log format on new machines to be Apache Combined (@jasonmlkang)
[x] Update report service configs with updates server hostnames and paths to the logs (@c-suh)
[x] Test out generating reports (PDS Ops Team)

Report serivce is starting September. Octobre left.

Report service was still generating for September, but I interrupted it to test for IMG, which seems successful. The IMG POC will review the generated reports, and we will have a check in this coming Monday. Have resumed September metrics.

There are missing and skewed reports. Jason will discuss a suitable replacement for the missing reports and will provide data from another server for the skewed reports. We are awaiting contact regarding both.

Had meeting last week about best way to get their logs. They will send us one month of logs from each machine and we will see if they are good as-is or if they must be run through our preprocess step; this will determine method of delivery.

Got a month of logs for one machine and am confirming the results of the preprocess step. Have asked about the other machines' logs.
