Update application documentation with smoke tests

💡 Description

Update pages of following applications with simple smoke tests for basic functionality. Find the pages in the internal wiki under the Sys Admin's Software Installation and Deployment Guides.

• [x] 1. Catalog Manager
• [x] 2. Data Dictionary Search
• [x] 3. Data Search
• [x] 4. Data Set Status
• [x] 5. Data Set View pages
• [x] 6. DOI Service
• [x] 7. Keyword Search
• [x] 8. Release Manager
• [x] 9. Resource Manager
• [x] 10. Tool Registry
• [x] 11. Feedback widget (with email functionality)
• [x] 12. cron jobs (with email functionality)

Example smoke test:

• Verify data is returned from Keyword Search (> 18000 results expected)
• Verify data is returned from Keyword Search for 'rimfax' (~9 results expected)

Be sure to note to replace domain with applicable domain being tested.

Richard and I went over a smoke test for each item, and I just need to write the documentation now.

All documentation updated on their respective pages; the cronjob is mentioned on Ops Procedures > Website Deployment, which has also been updated to reference other website/software deployment documentation.
