Here is a resubmission of the bundle that had mismatched checksum files.

c-suh commented 6 months ago

@gbowen99 this set has been posted for NSSDCA processing. From tomorrow, you can check the status at https://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/psi/ReportPDS4.jsp using the SIP LID below:

SIP LID:

This package has been submitted to ingest.

@gbowen99 We ingested this SIP LID urn:nasa:pds:system_bundle:product_sip_deep_archive:msl_gt_diagenesis_supplement_v1.1_20240319. However we only ingested the bundle products and its primary collection products because they were the only items listed in the SIP manifest file, https://pds.nasa.gov/data/pds4/manifests/2024/msl_gt_diagenesis_supplement_v1.1_20240319_sip_v1.0.tab. None of the primary basic products in that bundle were included in the manifest. Do you want to generate and submit a new Deep Archive/SIP package for the entire bundle?

This is the same issue as the two SIP manifests in #494 (two Magellan bundles).

@jordanpadams @c-suh This issue also applies to two SIP manifests from RMS in #490 (Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 bundles). Is there a switch for the Deep Archive tool that lets the user exclude primary basic products?

jordanpadams commented 4 months ago

@gbowen99 we will take a look at this and resubmit for you.

smclaughlin7 commented 4 months ago

@jordanpadams Thank you for looking into this issue!

gbowen99 commented 4 months ago

Nice find @smclaughlin7 , I will keep my eye on this for future submissions.

Thank you @jordanpadams !

smclaughlin7 commented 4 months ago

@gbowen99 Thanks but I can't take credit. Our ingest/archive lead Larry Martin noted that he finished ingesting several SIPs from GEO and RMS that were very small and did not contain any basic products. I simply confirmed the affected bundles contained primary basic products that should've been listed in the SIPs then alerted you and EN. Yes, please keep your eye on this for future submissions. I'll do the same. Thanks!
