As a user, I want to know how to search the PDS Search API by wavelength #287

💡 Description

Some users go straight to filter_name to other types of information to find things like "green" images, but that is not the correct place to search. We should create a cookbook to help a user search for this information.

Need more examples of things that may be confusing when trying to search by wavelength or band pass or ???
