Improve LDDTool to automatically generate HTML / DocBook from DocBook

update LDDTool software to either use this very old library OR
- OR if pandoc is installed, run pandoc via command-line from within LDDTool (untested)
- OR if Oxygen is installed, run their command-line capability (untested)

DocBook? Oh my goodness, does that ever bring back memories! I used to be all about "single sourcing" in the 90s ☺️

@nutjob4life 🎉 definitely a throwback. not sure if there is a better/newer format we could use for outputting the IM in a readable way but we have something! you can tell how old it is by how horrendous the web pages look: https://pds.nasa.gov/datastandards/documents/im/v1/index_1E00.html 😷

Nothing a good stylesheet can't fix. The O'Reilly series books are made with Docbook! 👍
