How do we rollout an update to the ES/OpenSearch clusters?
How do we rollout an update to ES schema?
How do we rollout an upgrade to the API?
How do we rollout an upgrade to registry-mgr / harvest?
How do we copy the data from the production registry over to the upgraded registry?
How much down time is required and how should we schedule it?
