SBN-UMD is presenting a registry demo and would like to expose the swagger-ui. We need to temporarily enable this - hopefully via listener rules.

Waiting on DSIO ticket 2072 to enable bumping the priority of the existing rule which redirects on all swagger-ui requests.

@jordanpadams has provided a swaggerhub link which provides a working swagger ui for the API.
