Create POC for registry multi-tenancy #51

Provide POC which utilizes node identification within Opensearch documents to support multi-tenancy within a single domain.

Demonstrate how fine grained access control restricts direct access to only a node's own documents.

Investigate how to enforce that a node can only write documents with its own identifier.
