📆 January status: Initial PDC architecture in work. On schedule

📆 February Status: Template defined. Initial portions of cost model completed for Nucleus and Data Delivery manager. Initial interim model on schedule.

Template identified. Cost models developed for various components. Closing this as good for now as we continue to expand this cost model over time
