💡 Description

Move all PDS EC2 instances from JPL AWS to MCP. Following are the required steps:

Steps: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/share-ebs-volume#

Migrate hosts. See wiki for details

Another option would be to create a golden AMI and share the AMI with MCP, however, this may not be allow since MCP requires us to use their AMI.

Based on conversation with SA team, our best option is to transfer EFS data from JPL to MCP using AWS DataSync.

DSIO-4787 has been created to work through this task.

@c-suh and @rchenatjpl validated the migration done by sync work.

It did not work on new data being pushed by Richard.

This ticket is completed but we need another ticket to handle the disk space (EFS) across AWS accounts, especially between OPS and Staging.

@sjoshi-jpl @tloubrieu-jpl as a reminder, let's try to avoid putting the EC2 names in these tickets. per request from the SA team, we should not put those in here.
