@jordanpadams @tloubrieu-jpl @viviant100 who can I work with to determine which data is dev vs ops in the EFS? Is there someone from operations Richard or Catherine who can assist?

viviant100 commented 6 months ago

@sjoshi-jpl I just invited you to the operation team tomorrow and we can discuss there.

DSIO-5038 created with SA team to get us over the finish line and migrate over to Ops.

tloubrieu-jpl commented 5 months ago

@sjoshi-jpl created a ticket to create a VPC to share the EFS volume.

Self-Note: Once peering setup is completed and we're able to access Ops EFS from Dev / Test accounts, we also need to ensure that the access from these accounts is read-only. This will require rules setup on EFS and we can work with SA team.

nutjob4life commented 4 months ago

SA team has "unblocked" this and Sagar is testing mounting instances from dev to ops account and is optimistic will be moving forward and have a migration plan to move to JPL AWS.

One other to-do: figure out instances in MCP dev and test account only have read access to EFS, not write access. Gotta figure this out!

@sjoshi-jpl any status on this? Are we good to close out?

tloubrieu-jpl commented 3 months ago

Still need to delete the dev MCP EFS space. There is a SA ticket.

sjoshi-jpl commented 3 months ago

SA team has confirmed this is completed and can be closed.
