Fix and Improve pds.nasa.gov SEO #64

💡 Description

Google seems to be not indexing large portions of our site anymore. We need to submit a sitemap to make sure they are indexing us correctly. Might as well improve this by including a list of all available products in our registry.

This will also help setup some tools we can reuse with the new website
