Freedom of Information Act link is sending users to an Access Denied page. #69

🐛 Describe the bug

When I did clicked the "Freedom of Information Act" link in the footer, it sends the user to the link http://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/pao/FOIA/, which then redirects to a secure version of the page, https://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/pao/FOIA/, which reports access denied.

🕵️ Expected behavior

I expected to be taken to NASA's FOIA page.

  1. Visit pds.nasa.gov
  2. Click on the "Freedom of Information Act" link on the left side of the site footer.

@gxtchen this ticket is noting that those URLs are broken. try following the steps of the bug identified and clicking the link to verify if it works or not now that the URL is fixed:

  1. Visit pds.nasa.gov
  2. Click on the "Freedom of Information Act" link on the left side of the site footer.

@jordanpadams thank you, that link is so small buried in the low left corner. Almost missed.
