[ ] Add new mission PSYCHE. Its instruments are GRS, NS, MAG, IMAGER.
[ ] Remove all rows with Mission = DAWN, DI, GBRA, GRAIL, HAY2, INS, NH, ZDC, ZSW. That would leave only JNO, LRO, M20, MAVEN, MRO, MSL, ODY, OREX
[ ] Simple documentation for how to do this on wiki

SA ticket open to resolve current HTTP504 issue: DSIO-6598

Standup status: Digging into the weeds of the app. Slow going but progressing.
