💡 Description

To improve our SEO, URL readability and recognition, and content organization, we need to update our URL scheme, and the parameters associated with these schemes to continue to facilitate deep linking.

@tloubrieu-jpl Do you need me to create a ticket for you regarding the creation of a new, unique key/value for each of our context products. We spoke of this before I went on vacation during the web mod tagup. Also, will this unique value be the same across the available versions of the context product?

I've incorporated a lid "translation" into the prototype so that characters like :, ., and _ get translated to --, ---, ---- respectively to make it easy to translate the string back to the original lid.
