💡 Description

A Hero variant that provides initial context for the page such as an investigation name and affiliated metadata. Has variants to account for Investigation, Instrument, Tool, and Target landing pages. Includes the breadcrumb element as part of the module.

The initial version of this feature has been implemented into the prototype. Additional improvements to the component will be made when it's migrated to wds-react.

PR containing this implementation coming later today.
